Faith Communities Organize in Response to Vandalism and Theft of #BlackLivesMatter Banners

Before and after services, three faith communities -- Annapolis Friends Meeting, United Church of Christ and Unitarian Universalist Church of Annapolis -- will collect signatures to send to Maryland elected leaders for a letter inspired by the vandalism of their #BlackLivesMatter banners. The letter will call leaders to joining the faith communities in renouncing racial and religious hatred and the politics of division and stake their claim for love, dignity, and the rights of all humanity.
